We want you to feel confident choosing Feeling Wonky. If it’s not right for you, here’s how we handle it.
30-Day Returns (Unopened)
You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Items must be:
• Unopened
• In original packaging
• In resaleable condition
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our formula.
If you’ve opened Feeling Wonky and used no more than two servings, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We may ask for brief feedback so we can continue improving, but we won’t make it difficult.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received.
For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns where more than two servings have been used, unless the product is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
